Worst Location, Very difficult to find the location of the hotel. Rude Staff. Clean room but very congested. Stinky washroom. Uncomfortable bed and chairs. i asked these people to give me a better room they said "this is the best room". i left the hotel within 1 hour of entering the hotel. I got it booked from a trip organiser. Pathetic service.

Strongly recommend to stay here. As per room, room service ,staff cooperation and cleaness this hotel is awesome. They provide free cab service for pick and drop up-to mall road. Keep it up.. I will be stay in this when in future I came to nainital

The hospitality was great. Food was excellent. Mr Pooran are fabulous. They take good care of the guests by co-ordinating well with the staff. The Room itself was very nice. Overall experience was top notch.

The pictures on the internet are not good but if you stay there you will know that you cannot get a better hotel at this price.The hospitality of the staff is one of the best.The only problem is the location but don't mind that and stay at this hotel.
